The Crème Brûlée on our new Autumn Menu has been named after the alluring Tjarla Norton.
Tjarla recently answered a few questions for us over a gin at Societi Bistro;
What is your profession?
Equestrian trainer and consultant, stable manager.
What was your dream job when you were growing up?
Exactly what I am doing now.
What does a typical day in your working life look like?
I organise my stables, clients and training on my own terms so I’m lucky enough to make every day unique.
One of your most inspiring experiences in your career to date?
Being afforded the opportunity to look after Cassius (the horse of Peter Weetman)!
What is your favourite leisure activity?
Riding. Enjoying my own horse.

How do you feel about appearing on the Societi Bistro menu and the Crème Brûlée in particular?
I feel like it must mean that I am the Crème De la Crème Brûlée of Societi!
