Thabisa started as a commis waiter, or ‘runner’, at Societi Bistro years ago, even before we moved to our home at 50 Orange Street, Gardens.
When a position in the kitchen opened up she jumped at the opportunity, and her passion for cooking was evident from her first day – creating guest meals with unbridled passion.
As Thabisa grew so did her position, and now she has been promoted to junior sous chef. A huge congratulations from all of us!
