Meet the newly appointed Sous Chef at Societi Bistro, Mosemary Blokland - a promising young chef who brings her love for home cooked meals and French food to Societi Bistro.
Chef Mosey has scads of experience she gained from working in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants to relaxed eateries and got her inspiration for being a chef from hearty meals made by her mom and granny.
Mosemary's favourite items to prepare on the Societi Bistro menu is Mushroom Risotto and Chocolate Nemesis cake - although she mentioned that she can't wait to cook the Beouf Bourguignon in the upcoming Burgundy region in our Tour Through France.
