Societi Bistro’s French head chef Julien Handley is currently in France where he is doing a course under prestigious chef Frédéric Cassel, famed for his world’s-best pastries, cakes and desserts.
When there came an expected opening in the three-year waiting list to study under chef Frédéric Cassel – Julien jumped at the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and is now gleaning from the king of French chefs for Societi Bistro.
Julien will be back shortly, bringing home to Societi Bistro with him skills learnt from one of the best chefs in France!
