What is your profession?
My profession is journalist/restaurant critic/author/editor.


What was your dream job when you were growing up?
My dream profession was writing: I scribbled stories as soon as I could write.


What does a typical day in your working life look like?
My average day is spent glued to my computer or out eating (and concentrating on my food)


How do you feel about appearing on the Societi Bistro menu?
I think it’s a hoot. Thanks for asking me.


What is your favourite wine to indulge in?
Vintage Champagne. My husband left me a cellar of 1,000 bottles and I’m working my way through that, but the Champagne has already been savoured…
