What is your favourite food to indulge in?
Fresh fruit smoothies, steamed vegetables with Halloumi cheese, and hot chocolate forever!
How do you feel about appearing on the Societi Bistro menu and the dish in particular?
I am honoured! As a dedicated vegetarian I am always thrilled to discover a dish that is bold in colour and flavour, as well as being a healthy and carb conscious option.
Any memories you would like to share about Societi Bistro?
We did a cooking crash course at Societi Bistro, just before Christmas last year. We were expertly taught how to prepare a mouthwatering array of canapés, which we then made and enjoyed! A delicious prelude to a specially prepared lunch at Societi Bistro.
What does a typical day in your working life look like?
There is no typical day!
One of your most inspiring experiences in your career to date?
Being an intern at ELLE Decoration SA some 19 years ago, and learning about magazines and editorial under the leadership of Lianne Burton as well as the opportunity and honour meet and interview incredible designers like Carolina Herrera, Azzedine Alaïa, Laduma Ngxokolo, Duro Olowu, Albertus Swanepoel and Aurora James. Their hard work, talent and creativity are a constant inspiration, much like the daily work produced by my fantastic team at Elle.
